It is they whom Allah has sealed their hearts, and their hearing, and their sight. It is they who are the heedless.
An-Nahl 16:108

It is they whom God has sealed their hearts, and their hearing, and their sight. It is they who are the heedless.
Those are the people whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed shut, and they're the ones who don't pay attention.
