If God afflicts you with harm, none can remove it except He. And if He wants good for you, none can repel His grace. He makes it reach whomever He wills of His servants. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful.
If Allah lets something harmful touch you, no one can remove it, except Him. And if He wants something good for you, no one can stop His kindness. He gives it to whichever of His servants He wants. He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Kind.
