Say, “I have no power to harm or benefit myself, except as God wills. To every nation is an appointed time. Then, when their time arrives, they can neither postpone it by one hour, nor advance it.”
Say, "I can't control any harm or benefit for myself, except what Allah wants. Every group of people has a set time. When their time comes, they can't delay it even by an hour, and they can't make it come sooner."
