As for those among you who die and leave widows behind, their widows shall wait by themselves for four months and ten days. When they have reached their term, there is no blame on you regarding what they might honorably do with themselves. Allah is fully acquainted with what you do.

As for those among you who die and leave widows behind, their widows shall wait by themselves for four months and ten days. When they have reached their term, there is no blame on you regarding what they might honorably do with themselves. God is fully acquainted with what you do.
If any of you die and leave wives behind, the wives must wait four months and ten days before marrying again. When their waiting time is finished, there's no blame on you for what they decide to do kindly for themselves. Allah knows everything you do.
