We have revealed to you clear signs, and none rejects them except the sinners.

We have revealed to you clear signs, and none rejects them except the sinners.
We've sent down clear verses to you, and no one refuses to believe in them except those who disobey Allah.
We have certainly sent down clear verses to you, and no one rejects them except those who defiantly disobey.

And indeed We have sent down to you manifest Ayât (these Verses of the Qur’ân which inform in detail about the news of the Jews and their secret intentions, etc.), and none disbelieve in them but Fâsiqûn (those who rebel against Allâh’s Command).
We have sent down to you clear proofs, and none will reject them except the evildoers.
