And those who do not implore besides Allah any other god, and do not kill the soul which Allah has made sacred—except in the pursuit of justice—and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will face penalties.

وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَامًا

And those who do not implore besides God any other god, and do not kill the soul which God has made sacred—except in the pursuit of justice—and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will face penalties.
They never pray to any god except Allah. They never kill anyone, because Allah has forbidden it — except when it is fair. And they never break the special rules that Allah gave for husbands and wives. Whoever does these things will face punishment.
They never worship any god besides Allah, nor take a life — which Allah has forbidden — except for a just reason, nor commit adultery. Whoever does these things will face serious consequences.
And those who do not invoke another god alongside God, and do not kill the soul that God has forbidden except by right, and do not commit adultery. Whoever does that will meet a penalty.
