An-Naml 27:11

But whoever has done wrong, and then substituted goodness in place of evil. I am Forgiving and Merciful.

"Except for someone who did wrong, but then does good after doing something wrong. I'm forgiving and kind."

Except those who did wrong — but if they replace their bad deeds with good ones, then I am truly Forgiving and Merciful.

But whoever has done wrong then replaced evil with good — I am truly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
