Al-Kahf 18:101

Those whose eyes were screened to My message, and were unable to hear.

Those whose eyes were screened to My message, and were unable to hear.

They were the ones whose eyes were covered from remembering Me, and they couldn't hear at all.

Those whose eyes were covered from remembering Me, and who were unable to hear.

Those whose eyes were veiled from My remembrance, and who could not bear to hear.

Those whose eyes were veiled from My remembrance, and were unable to hear.

Those whose eyes were veiled from My remembrance, and were unable to hear.

Those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance,801 and they were not able to hear.802

(To) those whose eyes had been under a covering from My Reminder (this Qur’ân), and who could not bear to hear (it).

those whose eyes were blind to My signs1 and they were unable to hear [the truth]2.

(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.

Those whose eyes were hoodwinked from My reminder, and who could not bear to hear.

who have turned a blind eye to My reminder and a deaf ear to My warning.

whose eyes had become blind against My admonition and who were utterly disinclined to hear it.

—Those whose eyes were blind to My remembrance and who could not hear.

Allatheena kanat aAAyunuhum fee ghitain AAan thikree wakanoo la yastateeAAoona samAAan
