Allah already knows the hinderers among you, and those who say to their brethren, “Come and join us.” Rarely do they mobilize for battle.

God already knows the hinderers among you, and those who say to their brethren, “Come and join us.” Rarely do they mobilize for battle.
Allah knows exactly who among you tries to stop others, and say to their friends, "Come over here!" They hardly ever join the fight.
Allah knows exactly those among you who hold others back and say to their friends, "Come, stay with us!" They hardly ever join the fight.
