Those who are stingy, and exhort people to stinginess, and conceal what Allah has given them from His bounty. We have prepared for the disbelievers a disgraceful punishment.

Those who are stingy, and exhort people to stinginess, and conceal what God has given them from His bounty. We have prepared for the disbelievers a disgraceful punishment.
Those are the ones who are stingy, tell others to be stingy, and hide the good things Allah gave them. We have prepared a shameful punishment for those who don't believe.
Those who are stingy, who tell others to be stingy, and who hide the blessings Allah has given them — We have prepared a shameful punishment for those who reject Allah.
Those who are stingy and urge others to be stingy and conceal what God has given them of His bounty — We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

—Those who are [themselves] stingy and bid [other] people to be stingy, and conceal whatever Allah has given them out of His bounty; and We have prepared for the faithless a humiliating punishment.
