Without saying: Inshâ’ Allâh (If Allâh wills).

and made no exception [by saying: if Allah wills]1.

But made no reservation, ("If it be Allah's Will").

And made no exception (for the Will of Allah);

without saying, "If it be God's will."

without making any allowance (for the will of Allah).

and they did not make any exception.
