Have they not observed the government of the heavens and the earth, and all the things that Allah created, and that their time may have drawn near? Which message, besides this, will they believe in?

Have they not observed the government of the heavens and the earth, and all the things that God created, and that their time may have drawn near? Which message, besides this, will they believe in?
Haven't they looked at everything Allah controls in the heavens and the earth, and everything Allah created? Maybe their time is coming soon. So, after this, what else will they believe?
Haven't they looked closely at the wonders of the heavens and the earth, and everything Allah created, and considered that maybe their time is almost up? After this, what message will they believe in?
Have they not looked into the dominion of the heavens and the earth and everything God has created, and that perhaps their end has drawn near? So in what message after this will they believe?
