And when the Word has fallen on them, We will bring out for them from the earth a creature which will say to them that the people are uncertain of Our revelations.

And when the Word has fallen on them, We will bring out for them from the earth a creature which will say to them that the people are uncertain of Our revelations.
When the time comes for Allah's word to happen, We'll bring out a creature from the earth. It will speak to people, saying that people didn't believe Our verses.
When the time comes for Allah's word to be fulfilled against them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth, speaking to them clearly, saying to them that people were never certain about Our signs.
When the decree falls upon them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth that speaks to them: that people had no certainty in Our signs.
And when the Word has fallen on them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them of how humanity was not certain of Our revelations.

And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast for them, to speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayât (Verses of the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم).
When the decree [of the Hour] comes to pass against them, We will bring forth to them a beast out of the earth that will tell them that the people had no faith in Our verses.
And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs.
