Adh-Dhariyat 51:4

And those distributing as commanded.

And those distributing as commanded.

And the angels who carefully carry out Allah's commands.

And the angels who carefully carry out Allah's commands.

Then the distributors of the matter.

And by the distributors of affairs.

And by the distributors of affairs.

And the [angels] apportioning [each] matter,

And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allâh’s) Command.

and by the angels who distribute [blessings] by His command.

And those that distribute and apportion by Command;-

And those who distribute (blessings) by command,

and distributing the command of God at His behest!

and execute the great task of apportioning (rainfall):

by [the angels] who dispense [livelihood] by [His] command:
