An-Najm 53:8

Then he came near, and hovered around.

Then he came near, and hovered around.

Then he came closer and closer.

Then he came closer, and even closer still.

Then he drew near and descended.

Then he drew near, and He hovered around.

Then he drew near, and He hovered around.

Then he approached and descended

Then he [Jibrîl (Gabriel)] approached and came closer,

Then he approached [the Prophet] and descended,

Then he approached and came closer,

Then he drew nigh and came down

then came down close

Then he drew near and hung above suspended,

Then he drew nearer and nearer

Thumma dana fatadalla
