Don't let the success of those who disbelieve, moving freely from place to place, fool you.

Do not be deceived by the actions of those who deny the truth in the land:
(O Messenger!) Do not let the strutting about of the unbelievers in the land deceive you.
Never be misled by the bustle of the faithless in the towns.
