Adh-Dhariyat 51:19

And in their wealth, there was a share for the beggar and the deprived.

And in their wealth, there was a share for the beggar and the deprived.

And from their money, they always gave a share to help the poor and needy.

And in their wealth, there was always a share for the needy, and those who asked for help.

And in their wealth was a rightful share for the beggar and the deprived.

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.

And in their properties there was the right of the Sâ’il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrûm (the poor who does not ask others)1.

And in their wealth and possessions (was remembered) the right of the (needy,) him who asked, and him who (for some reason) was prevented (from asking).
