Preventer of good, transgressor, sinner.

Preventer of good, transgressor, sinner.

Who stops people from doing good, who crosses limits, and does wrong.

Stops people from doing good, crosses all limits, and sins openly.

Withholder of good, transgressor, sinful.

Preventer of good, transgressor, sinful.

Hinderer of the good, transgressor, sinful,

(Habitually) hindering (all) good, transgressing beyond bounds, deep in sin,
